 PPD103-B03-10-150000 central processing unit is the control center of PLC. It receives and stores user programs and data input from the programmer according to the function given by the PLC system program, checks the status of power supply, memory, I/O and alarm timer, and can diagnose grammar errors in the user program: When the PLC is put into operation, it first receives the status and data of each input device in the field by scanning, and stores them in the IO image area. Then read the user program one by one from the user program memory, after command interpretation, according to the instructions to the logic or arithmetic operation results into the 1O map area or data register. After all the user programs are executed, the data in each output state or output register in the 1/0 image area is finally transmitted to the corresponding output device, and so the cycle runs until it stops running. In order to further improve the reliability of the PLC, in recent years, the large PLC has also adopted a redundant system with double cpus, or a three-CPU voting system. In this way, even if one CPU fails, the whole system can still run normally.
