GE IS220PDIAH1A 336A4940CSP1 全新原装模块备件

模拟1/0组件(PAIC是一个电气接口,将一个或两个I/0以太网连接到模拟输入端子板。PAIC包括一个BPPx处理器板和一个专用于模拟I/O功能的采集板。
该模块有十个模拟输入。前八个输入可以设置为5 V、10V或4-20 mA电流环路输入。最后两个输入可以设置为1 mA或4-20mA电流输入。
电流回路输入的负载终端电阳位干端子板上,PAIC检测这些电阳上的电乐。PAICH2有两个电流环路输出,范用为0至20mA。它还包括额外的硬件,仅允许第一个输出端有0-200 mA电流。I/0包通过双RJ-45以太网连接器接收和发送数据到控制器,并由一个三针连接器供电。现场设备通过直接连接到相关端子板的DC 37针连接器进行通信。LED指示灯提供视觉诊断

S220PAICH2A安装
1.牢固安装所选的端子板。
2.将PAIC I/O包直接插入端子板连接器
3.使用以太网端口旁边的螺柱来机械固定I/O包。螺柱安装在端子板专用的安装支架上,支架的位置应确保没有直角力施加在I/0组件和端子板之间的DC-37针连接器上。在产品的使用寿命期间,只需要调整一次。4.根据系统配置,连接一根或两根以太网电缆。/0包在任一端口上都可以工作。使用双连接时,通常的做法是将ENET1连接到与R控制器相关的网络。
5.通过插入/0包侧面的连接器,将/0包连接到电源。因为/0包具有内在的软启动功能,可以控制电源应用的电流涌入,所以在插入电缆之前,没有必要断开电缆的电源。
6.使用ToolboxST应用程序根据需要配置I/O包
