The CPU372 PLUS has many Ethernet features that make it a flexible and powerful component, such as full PLC programming and configuration services, and the ability for users to operate it by remotely monitoring the PLC through a Web browser. The interface has two auto-sensing 10Base T / 100Base TX RJ-45 shielded twisted pair Ethernet ports. These allow users to connect it to a 100BaseTX IEEE 802.3 network or a 10BaseT network. Each of the two ports automatically senses speed, duplex mode, and the cable connected to it, without user intervention. The front panel has an ON/OFF switch, eight leds, Ethernet restart buttons, two Ethernet port connectors, and a connector to enable the station manager feature.
