The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO gateway is designed to help customers initiate a phased migration approach to replace or upgrade a traditional remote I/O PLC, HMI, drive, or Flex I/O adapter. These solutions can be implemented by selecting the appropriate mode of operation during initial configuration. AN-X2-AB-DHRIO has a built-in Web server that can display diagnostic data, configure, upload configuration files, and set operating modes.

This mode allows users to replace their existing remote I/O PLCS with ControlLogix or CompactLogix PACs without having to replace their existing I/O racks.

Build new controller programs without interrupting existing controls to minimize downtime
