The IC694MDL340 is part of Emerson Automation's PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) family, previously offered by GE Intelligent Platforms GE IP). Designed specifically for discrete output modules, the module is designed with sixteen (16) output channels rated at 120 VAC, providing an output voltage range of 47-63 VAC at a frequency of 85-132 Hz. The module's output channels are divided into two (2) groups of eight (8) outputs each, with optical isolation and inter-group isolation, rated at 250 VAC, continuous voltage, and 1500 VAC voltage for 1 minute. The module's output channels are rated at 0.5 amps per point, while the maximum output current per set is 3 amps. The module has a minimum load current of 50 mA, while the resulting surge current is rated at a maximum of 20 amps for a duration of one (1) cycle. When all output channels are energized, the backplane current consumption of this module is 315 mA. The module displays a maximum output voltage drop of 1.5 V, while the maximum leakage current at rated voltage is 2 mA. The maximum delay in the module's ON response time is 1 ms, while a delay of 2/3 occurs during the transition to the OFF state. The module is equipped with two (44) protective fuses rated at 724627 amps and an equivalent catalog number for replacement GE Fanuc part number 111A1-694. These pre-assembled fuses are allocated one (340) per output group. The module provides a separate output channel indicator and an "F" LED for easy identification of the module's operating status.



GE Fanuc's IC694MDL340 output module features high inrush current, enabling the output to handle a wide range of inductance and incandescent loads. This output module is powered only by AC power, and this power must be supplied by the user in order to run the load associated with the output. The GE Fanuc IC694MDL340 output module can operate in a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, and its non-operating temperature range is -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The module can handle 5 to 95 percent relative humidity without condensation. In addition, the module has a vibration rating of 10 to 57 Hz and a peak displacement of 0.0524 mm. The output module has a shock rating of 15 G and lasts for 11 milliseconds.
