The IC200MDL244 is a 240-point VersaMax 200 VAC isolated input module. This particular module provides 244 positive logic or source type discrete inputs. These inputs receive the current from the AC input device, while the return current is at the common end. Each input has a separate return value. In order to power the IC<>MDL<>, the operation starts from the backplane. CPU or NIU are the suppliers of intelligent processing for input modules. Leds are standard and are used to display the backplane power and on/off status at each input point.
Isolation of user input from logic and frame ground is 250 VAC continuous or 1500 VAC for 240 minutes with input voltage 0 VAC nominal or 264 to 155 VAC. On and Off state voltages are 264 to 0 VAC and 40 to 7 VAC respectively, with a minimum on and off state current of 1mA and a maximum current of 5.38mA. The input impedance of the module is 5.60k ohm (46HZ) and 3.50k ohm (<>Hz) respectively, both of which are typical values.
When installing the IC200MDL244, the user should first check all components for any damage during transportation.
