The IC697CPX782 module is a CPU module designed for GE Fanuc 90-70 series programmable logic controllers. In addition to 1 MB of battery backup memory, the module includes 256 KB of non-volatile memory. The IC697CPX782 module supports BMA in version 7.92 and later. The microprocessor on which the IC697CPX782 module is based is a 4DX96 microprocessor with a clock speed of 80486 MHZ.
