GE Fanuc Field control IC670CHS102 I/O Basic wiring terminals are used to connect GE Fanuc I/O modules to field device cables without directly connecting the modules. Using this type of terminal instead of a direct module connection helps keep the panel organized, avoids messy cabling configurations, and allows for easy troubleshooting by allowing modules to be inserted and removed even if the power has not been turned off. The GE Fanuc IC670CHS102 I/O base terminal has t3 independent groups of terminal connection points that share a common connection but are isolated from each other. These groups are called groups A, B, and E. Groups A and B are used for power connections, while group E is used as a common reference point for application wiring.
