The IC660EBD024 DC 32 circuit discrete I/O electronic assembly, manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms /GE Fanuc, is part of the Genius I/O family. The unit has 32 circuits, which are isolated inputs and outputs. It weighs about 1.8 kilograms or 4 pounds, has 850 volts of block-to-block isolation, a minimum heat dissipation of 11 watts, 8 inputs and a minimum dissipation of 18 watts, 32 outputs, and a current rating of 5 amps. It has a single-source operating voltage range of 10 to 30 volts DC (using a 12/24 volt DC power supply) or 4.9 to 5.3 volts DC (using a 5 volt DC power supply), and is only available for filling current models. The typical DC supply current required for this module is 150 mA, with a maximum of 300 mA. Additional output specifications for the GE Fanuc IC660EBD024 electronic components include a maximum steady state output current of 0.5 amps per circuit, a total module output current of 16 amps, a maximum output on-delay of 0.5 microseconds, and a switch fault output diagnosis.
